Sir, Goa University has prescribed to submit an affidavit (format we recd) as one of the requirement for getting duplicate degree and marks certificate. As we reside in Tamilnadu I am of opinion whether this affidavit should be executd in respective state stamp paper and attested by a Notary Public of that state only or
executed in TN and attested by Notary Public in our home town will suffice. Kindly enlighten me in this matter. Thanks in advance.-
