IF one spouse file for divorce under cruelty ground ......! and that same time defendant spouse agree to divorce .......! what happens .......?????
1) divorce decree ???? or not .................if ans. is no .....! so what is reasons for rejection ???

if both parties agrees, without having any obligations, divorce decree can be possible immediately.
