Sir,
I have purchased a site and constructed house at Layout .
During construction by deliberate mistake builder not kept sufficient space for car park and also he has agreed to compensate to park at nearby site.
2 Now he has sold out the nearby site and constructed the house. Nearby site owner has agreed to mutual three party agreement to provide space for ever or permanent at cost of sum Rs170000/ and Builder has agreed to pay that amount.
3 Whether this agreement will stand forever without stamp duty registration since it is piece and part of his site.
4 Whether Sale deed is required or agreement is sufficient for car park as whomsoever.
