Why should there be disputing signatures on an important document...just correct that the raight away....should be same signature from the same person.

Don't worry if the same man signs in different styles, it can not make a document legally invalid. It might raise some suspicions but can not invalidate the transaction.

There is no need whether the vendor is Govt servant or not.
Signaure is to be same in both documents. Further the vendor has to be signd in your presence..If you got any doubt, you give complaint to Registrar and police.

The vendor has also to sign in records of sub registrar, and has to submit ID cards and when it is registered, it is deemed that vendor has contributed his signature before Registrar. In case of disputes, it is the duty of the other party to raise such claims and establish that the registered document was forged.
