Divorce compromise terms

Wife filed twice 498a and dvc in the past and withdrawn before trial. Now after compromise again in 2021 threatened to call police on mere domestic item. Hence husband filed divorce in FC, but now wife persuading for compromise.

Also her mother & wife's sisters who were supporting the  wife during 498a & DVC  are not coming up for compromise petition as they say its husband & wife issue.

Mother & other daugthers are influcing the police & managing the court  & staff  in the name of thier relative who died in naxalite ambush in the past.

Background of the wife

wife was working and earning 60k per month and now resigned and staying at home

two major sons who are also job holders after recent graduation.

What can be terms in divorce closure/compromise petition.

Can we say

1.That wife would not file any criminal cases hereafter for any domestic affairs and if done she would be inclined to sign on mutual consent divorce or legal actions due breach of this term.

And not sure how to cover up legal expenses occured during defending 498a & DVC of the past and in the future if she files again, as she is habitual complainer.

or to proceed in divorce if the FC cant give any binding to wife .
