Husband is in USA and he became US citizen while the family case is pending in the Chennai high court. The divorce petition filed by him is dismissed by default. The maintenance is set exparte. He is ordered to pay Maintainence since 2010. He is failed to pay a single amount. In the execution petition in mc order, an attachment order is issued against the property bought by him in Madurai. Also, warrant of arrest also issued.. In the meantime, his siblings in Madurai prepared an collusion document in his property and filed an fake partition suite in it. obtained an order via mediation. Moreover, to stop the order in the property suite, the attachment order needs to be submitted. But, the case bundle of Mp petition goes missing in the court . and court has dismissed the petition. To restore the same, the bundle is missing . Is their any urgent petition filed to stop the order in property suite as it is the only hope to bring back my husband to India.
