Please clarify the following:
I am going to purchase one ready built house which was constructed in 2014 and sale deed n other documents are in the name of seller. Now i want to avail housing loan from bank .I have entered in to agreement with seller by executing agreement of sale which is notarized not registered.
Please clarify wether agreement of sale required to be registered with sub registered office. is there any other solution bcz i need to pay more amount for registration the sale agreement.
