DEAR EXPERTS
if a person purchased a plot for an amount of rs. 1000000Ten lakhs but no agreement of sale executed but now the seller is refusing to execute the registered sale deed and evidence regarding is there from mobile. market value is rs only 2 lakhs.
under these circumstances what can a buyer has to do? if the buyer wants to go in the court of law he has to pay registration fee on 10 lakhs.
kindly give me suitable advices on the above.
