Agricultural land

According to Karnataka Land reforms Act Section 79A(4) (See attachment),

If i inherit property(agricultural)  from my father and if i am earning more than 2lakhs (non agricultural income)  for the past consecutive five years, i am suppose to surrender all my property to the Government.

I feel this is objectable and abitrary. What can i do to stop this and retain my property.  Please help!

Question its constitutional validity before the Karnataka HC.

Thank you, but i would like to know what are the chances of me wining the case in HC questioning the constitutional valididy. Karnataka Land reforms act has been in force since 1973.

I just checked and found that the Karnataka Land Reforms Act has been in the Ninth Schedule to the Constitution since 1964. The laws placed in the ninth schedule before 24th April 1973 cannot be questioned in the courts.
