Agriculturist outstate wish to buy land in gujarat

I am agriculturist in MP & Maharashtra. Seeking clarification on High Court Gujarat judgment in 2017. Where previously only agriculturist from Gujarat can buy land(till 2012)...but as per this judgment out state farmer can own agriculture land. Pls guide.

Your question is very clear. You can buy land as per judgement of Gujarat HC. You need to contact some lawyer in Gujarat who may be dealing in Revenue Cases.
