 Alimony calculation depends on a persons income of both parties as well of the children. This differs from state to state as well as country in the calculation of alimony. formula is simple. the one who earn more will have to pay. how.
in your case, husband income is more, so he will pay. 
alimony per month paid to lower income or no income party = (party with more income - party with less or no income)*30% = 28000-23000 = 5000*30% = 1500 rs per month.
child custody will be decided by child himself and other party will get visiting rights and have to pay maintenance to the party holding the custody of child. child maintenance in your case will be more or less equal 50/50 by each party.

If she remains unmarried till she dies or till she marries or till you prove that she had s*x with some male other than you.  If the wife had s*x with the giver of maintenance after she got divorce from him, is she eligible for maintenance is not yet discussed by any court.
