amendment of pleading

is it necessary to file a whole fresh plaint if amended just for the memorandum of parties...as in this case the defendant has been changed to plaintiff

Plaintiff had to file complete amended plaint irrespective of the fact that only title of plaint was sought amended.

After amendment the plaintiff has to furnish amended plaint .

After the court has permitted to amend the plaint, the plaintiff has to carry out the necessary amendment as permitted by court after which he has to file a fresh plaint with the amendments duly incorporated in the manner permitted.
