My Son's birth certificate contained parents name as
Father's name: Narsing Gopalkrishna Shanbhag
Mother's name: Kusum
But Correct names are as below
Father's name: BAILOOR NARASHINHA SHANBHAG
Mother's name: KUSUM NARASHINHA SHANBHAG
The birth certificate of 1977 year issued by Mumbai Mahanage Municipal Corporation.
Kindly guide me to proper way/procedure to get the Birth Certificate with correct parents Name
