I have an ancestral agricultural land in Rohtas District of Bihar. I want to transfer this land in my name and want to know the process of it. Land is in the name of my great grandfather.
Following is the family tree. I have mentioned "Me" in the tree marking as my position.
My Father & Brother is no more. Also my brother was unmarried when he died.
I would also like to mention that only person who is alive in the genration of my Father and above is my second uncle( father's brother).
What procedure do i need to follow to get the land of my portion to be transfered in my name.
Which office should I visit to get this land transfered in my name.
What documents should I carry while visiting those offices.
Would like to mention that i dont even have papers of it. Only thing I know is my father's portion in the entire land which is some bigha. My village comes under tehsil of Bikramganj.
