Is marriage of a particular hindu bride by a specific muslim groom allowed and comes under which act?

If a Nikah is done by a particular Muslim man with a Hindu woman of his choice, will it be registered under Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937, Muslim Marriages Registration Act, 1981 or some other act (please name the act if that is the case)?

Can that Muslim groom marry more women of his choice as per Islamic customs?

Does it require for the Hindu bride to convert to Islam?

If the bride does not feel ashamed by this and allows her husband who is a Muslim to marry more women of his choice, will it be legal as per the law? Give reasons for your answer.

If the bride is converted to Muslim and got married to the Muslim man then her marriage with him will be recognised to have been solemnised under Muslim personal law.

A Muslim man can marry another female with or without permission or consent from his first wife.

It is not illegal as per Muslim personal law.

your question looks like examination paper of law student and thus ask from your law professor.

Moreover, you have no right to order experts to give answer with reasons.

State real facts to get proper reply.

Ok.

The real fact is that I want to marry your daughter (if you have) or your niece and other young female members of your family and two of them have agreed to let me enjoy threesome with my second wife and her. LOL!! HAHAHA!!!

Hum teeno… Ek saath… Ahhhhhh… bahut maza aayega mere tharakpan ka. I have arranged for condoms also in advance which I will use accordingly while having that threesome. :D

I have no right to ask for reasons? For the first time I have heard a lawyer saying that. :P :D

Yes, you have not asked the reasons for the experts' reply to your query. If you are not satisfied with the experts' reply, you can contact an advocate for the fees he charges.
