MY QUESTION IS THAT:-

"A" IS OWNER OF UNDIVIDED ANCESTRAL AGRICULTURE LAND IN DELHI AND HAS FOUR LEGAL HEIRS, AND "A" IS 96 YEARS OLD NOW "A" WANTS TO SELL THIS UNDIVIDED ANCESTRAL AGRICULTURE LAND WITHOUT CONSENT OR AGREEMENT OF HIS LEGAR HEIRS.  IF THERE IS NO NEED TO SELL OUT THIS ANCESTRAL AGRICULTURE LAND.

IF NO (KINDLY PROVIDED THE LATEST JUDGEMENTS)

IF YES ( KINDLY PROVIDED THE LATEST JUDGMENTS)

He can sell the to the extent of his share, but not entire undivided agrl., land.that too without division by metes and bounds.

Dear Sanjay,

The legal heirs of A can file a suit for partition and an injunction against alienation until partition is complete.
