Andhra judgment regarding release deed

Is their any judgement passed by the Andhra High Court that the rights released thru registered release deed will also pass on too the legal heir who has not signed.

The facts stated by you are very short. No working sense prevails out of them hence I am unable to reply. It shall be better to elaborate the facts. The relevant judgment can be searched only thereafter.

Both  the parties to the Relinquishment Deed should sign with two witnesses and it should be properly stamped and Registered in order to be legally valid .I didn't find any Andhra court Judgment on  this point.When Legal provision is clear  with regard to both the parties signing the Deed in order it to be valid why  you require A.P.High Court Judgment.If you appreciate this answer please click the thank you button on this forum.
