Andhra judgment regarding release deed year 2003-2004

Hello Friends Would request you to update on one 2003-2004 (498) judgement passed by Andhra High Court regarding registered release deed wherein court has ruled that the rights released will also be in favor of all the other legal heirs other than the one the release deed has been executed. If some one can help with details of the case like 1) whether this was challenged in SC or not if yes than what was SC's observation. 2) Whether the jurisdiction of the verdict applies in Rajasthan Courts.
