Given below is my query regarding the antdated stamp paper, please respond if have any idea.
we have executed an agreement on the date before the purchase of stamp paper, i mean we purchased the stamp paper on 5th November, 2012 and executed the same dated 2nd November, 2012.
i think it is void as per contract act and indian stamp act but dont have any idear so clear it through relevant sections or judgements regarding same.
please also mention the consequences of same and remedy for same.
