anticipatory application withdrawal

can we withdraw application for anticipatory bail under IPC 306? realising that the Complaint has absolved me from all ill will. if yes, then what amount of payment is expected to be made to the advocate, who has arranged interim bail till now.

Consult your advocate. You can withdraw your application of anticipatory bail with liberty to file fresh if need so arise. Fee of a lawyer is the discretion of a lawyer.
