Anticipatory bail bond

We got anticipatory bail in 498A case from Patna session court. I've few questions on it:

1. Is there any bail bond or amount to be paid?

2. How much amount is generally asked for the relatives of the main accused?

3. Is it something which has to be paid person wise?

4. Do we need to be present for this?

5. My husband is in US who's the brother of main accused. Can the court ask him to come to India for this?

1. yes you have given two suerties of ten thousand each for each accused persons 2. No amount is said to be paid to accused persons except furnishing of bail bond of two suereties for each person generally asked by court but what are the condition imposed on the accused.we can't predict without the bail order. 3. No 4.Yes to be present before the court at the time of furnishing the bail bond. 5. If he is accused then he must be present before court and the court may ask him to do so.
