Is there any judgment of 2009 & 2010 Supreme Court which prohibits issuing of orders of "NOT TO ARREST" the accused, pending disposal of the AB petition ?
If so pls provide case law.

In my opinion the granting or refusing AB depends on the facts of the case. It is varies from fact to fact. It will be easy to find law if you clear the facts first.
