My Name is srinivas Rao I am from hyderabad I filed suit for recovery of land possession in the year 2009, now the case is came for cross, in this situation one of the dependent expired so opposite party advocate filed expired certificate of defendant, my advocate told to me you can bring the expired defendant family members name and addresses for filing parties in this suit but I don't know his family members due to I am leaving another location and this land is located in rural area no one is helping in this village because I leaved in this village in my child hood my parents are passed away in my childhood now I am working in private company in another place it is very difficult to collect the details, I need to any remedy in this case please suggest me.
