We did the sale agreement on Rs. 10 / 20 stamp paper to buy a flat. Till date time to time we have paid almost 80 %– 90 % of the total flat value base on that agreement.
We jointly appealed at State Commission (State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), for not given position of the said flats.
Now developer may appeal at apex court to impound the sale agreement since it is under stamped & it unregistered .
Is there any judgment of apex court (Supreme Court) on under stamped sale agreement? Can anybody pls give me reference of such judgments?
