how many times a civil case can be appealed? Details as follows: Original Suit: Dismissed Regular Appeal: Dismissed for Default Misc Appeal: Dismissed Misc First Appeal: Allowed, Regular Appeal Restored Regular Appeal: Pending still how many appeals left pls suggest

Dear querist,

As per me if your restored appeal is pending in high court then you have one more appeal option in supreme court.

restored regular appeal is pending in civil court which was allowed from high court (MFA)
