So I have got the orders for the domestic violence case that I have put against husband and the orders have come out somewhat in my favour. however, since i am not 100% satisfied and believed that other side has "managed" the respectible order i have gone to appellate court to appeal the lower courts decision.
I would like to know what exactly is the procedure that goes on when a appealing lower courts decision. I have already gone through one date and secong date is posted again in 2 weeks. during the first date, no arguments took place
