appointment of arbitrator

Undet the arbitration act the parties have to appoint arbitrator. In the share market there is built in provision that the NSE will apoint arbitration if there is dispute with the trading member and invstor.

If no arbitrator is appointed by NSE what is remedy.

You can send a notice calling upon the other side to appoint arbitator.  On their failure you may approach the court for appointment of a arbitrator under relevant provisions.
