Never take such initiatives.It's highly likely that your point of defence gets mitigated.Rather you should hire a good defence lawyer.

what would be the objective???? do you want media to create pressure on the court or influence its judgement????? it won't have.

Further, since the matter is sub-judice it would be advisable to concentrate on the dispute rather than making it a public debate.
