Arya samaj Marriage

Meenakshi ji, Arya Samaj marriage is valid under law. But if the marriage has been performed by force, then one can apply for nullification proving the coercion. Arya Samaj marriage has to be registered like any other marriage, after getting certification by them. But its absence doesnt affect the validity of marriage.

regarding your question, i would clarify you that the marriage performed in Arya Samaj mandir is as equal as marriage performed under hindu law. So there is no question on the Authenticity of the Arya Samaj marriage, but the question is nullification of marriage. On that point every marriage performed under coersion, threat, undue influance may be challanged in court of law.
