Sir, I'm from Anantapur district A.P. My father brought assigned land in 2009 from a b.c. caste women through a sale deed.
The land numbers also added into my father's passbook. My father also got crop loan on this land.
Last year my father died.Now passbook transfered into my mother's name. Is there any problem of loosing land ?
