Sir,
One Co-operative Society has obtained a Recocvery Certificate u/s 101 of the MCS ACt, 1960 against one of its members, however not able to recover the dues due to certain reasons. Now, another member came forward and agreed to pay the dues of the defaulting member subject to assignment of Recovery Certificate in his favor.
Whether this is possible? and yes under which section.
Can anybody help us in the matter?
