after amaendtment in Prevention of Atrocites act, as per amedned section14 one provisio is added read as under
"Provided further that the courts so established or specified shall have power to directly take cognizance of offencec under this act "
My querry is ,as per said proviso can the judicial magistrare (First Class) can entertain the procedure of production of the accused such as remand ,and bail?
