Respected sir, my family is belonging from schedule cast. My grandfather was cultivate agricultural land from many years. My grandfather name late Mr Rama choukhya mahar, he was tenant of land he was cultivated. Land owner (savkar) also declare in his declaration letter. That land ownership also transferred as per kulkayda act 32G on 1 Apr 1957. But after 9 years on 5/7/1966 ferfar no 735, talathi transfer my grandfather name/ownership to another person. We are still facing problem by arguing in the court, but we not get justice till date, court also not hear anything from us, they dismiss the case.
I just want to know how can i file atrocity case & how can i got justice from this dispute.
