I have given 1 lack amount to my late father for construction of the prorperty in ancistoral land property. The amount has not been writen back by my brothers they are enjoying the properties.
The court has awarded the decree in my favour in 2000.The court has served the Auction notice to my brother. Can I recomend any builder at the time of auctioning the propery or before.
What are the document I need to submit from my end and what will be next cours of action after the submission
