You have to file the Special Power of Attorney in your favour to represent on behalf of your father and act on his behalf and collect any amount from the Court. For that you have to send the case details of the same and stage of the case which is to be mentioned in the said SPA. You may email me the details I will send you.

Authorisation letter may be not be accepted but a special power of attorney deed or even a GPA deed can be filed along with this case.
