Award passed by Karnataka Legal Service Authority is final No appeal lies against said award.C can very well get executed said award by filing execution petition in civil court having jurisdiction.

A Lokadalat award may be passed when the parties are referred by the court or on request of the either parties. In both the cases if the parties reach the settlement an award can be passed by the loka adalat and the award is binding upon the parties. The award passed it  has no appeal and is equal to the decree passed by a civil court.
