The B Final report is submitted by Police Department in court. The court after lapse of 2 years issued notice to the complainant but complainant failed to file WS in the court on the given time. The court was please to approve the B final report and gave the judgment in favour of accused. Now let me know within how many days complainant can go to higher court / higher authority please guides me.
