I need Urgent assistance on my query...
I am a social worker a false case was filed against me (extortion, criminal trespass)... further, chargesheet was also filed but without considering the evidence I submitted ... Later after my complaint to senior IPS officer, a reinvestigation was ordered by another police station. The reinvestigation report is in my favour ... Now can the police file B summery (false case) report under sec 173(8) after they had filed chargesheet? kindly give a supporting judgement if available.
