my friend joined in tsgenco in back log post in khammam district of Telangana now he has been transferred to nalgonda as it is khammam district back log post does management has right to transfer for another district

Yes in the excigencies of administartion can be transferred any where. Don;t waste your  money ,time or energy for fighting on this..it will yeld you no fruits. just do the job

Yes. In administrative exigencies, the management may transfer.

It would depend on the service exigencies.

If the department may have rendered surplus and the there was a vacancy in the other district, instead of rendering jobless, the department has accommodated in another district.

If you are aggrieved over the transfer, you may approach the state administrative tribunal after exhausting the remedy within the department about this.
