Hello Friends,
I am in getting harashed by By Seniour Scientist as i am on contract on Ministry of information technology as programmer. The permanent employee had off on saturday and sunday but they told us to come on saturday as im a contract labour and if we take one day leave our 2 days salry is deducted. and on joinig they signed us any these law of no leave policy.
Being a Contract engg there should be some rule according the leaves
