Bad debt recovery case

Dear sir , With reference to above , in business transaction we are recover Bad Debt from party for which we have filed suit for recovery of bad debt in 2010 . Since last 6 years Court sending summons to party but party not accepting summons . I want to know how to proceed in this case .
