Bail dismissed on 498a and abscond

Dear All

I had 3 days NB. Arrest notice recived at 16 Oct 12. AB applied in Dwarka session Court on 18 oct, bail dismissed by ASJ on 498a on 19 Oct by ASJ SC rajan.(order is available on net) After then High court on leave till 30 Oct.I am abscond.Bail applied in HC on 31 Oct. On 2nd Nov It was hearing day. Judge goes on leave and give new date of 10 Dec 12. My lawyer will move an application by tomorrow i.e on 5 Oct on early hearing.

Other side IO is making pressure on my family.

Please suggest

what is the chances of getting new shortest date of AB by above means?

And if its not worked then Should I surrender?

After surrender what is the proceedure of bail?

I am still abscond.

What was the reason of bail cancelation?

Any threat by you or some political pressure?

It was merely allegation saying orally to ASJ and showing RONA DHONA WITH A 21 MONTHS BABY was enough fro judge to dismiss the same.Although we have succesfull mediation in 125 in which both the party is agreed in paying 4k pm.

Surrendering you will not be able to fight at all.

are you surprised there are no responses from any of our learned brothers? Even though the quality of judiciary in India, especially the lower level leave a lot to be desired, you will not find any discussion on it.  It appears a taboo -- aka China or Russia.  Isn't it high time the legal fratiernity did some introspection on its own to think of what service they are providing the society !!
