Bail and Surety are governed by Criminal Procedure Code as such same procedure will be followed all over India.

But depending upon experience the different state judiciaries evolved different methods of accepting Surety/Securety.

Normally Cash Deposit will be accepted for first few hearings only, there after you will be called upon to furnish surety. Any way you will be bailed out. Nothing to worry.
