Bail under section ipc 304, 326, 504 & 506

My brother's wife along with two other women were booked under IPC 304, 326, 504 & 506 and are in jail since they surrendred before Session Court on 16-03-2012. Today on 20-03-2012, their bail application were rejected.

I would like to know, since Session court had rejected the Bail application, can we try in High Court, the chargesheet has still not filed by Police.

Thanks in advance.
