Bailable or not

Sir could you please suggest that a girl filed case on ipc 417,376,420 sections she filed case on false allegations..only intention to deceive the boy....bailabale or not within how many days we will get???

sec 376 (for rape) and 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing property)are non bailable. Sec. 417 (cheating) is bailable. The Boy need to approach the Sessions Court seeking Anticipatory Bail. if he is not arrested. Regards Adv. Rohit Dalmia 9324538481

what was filed in case are total false allegations no evidence are avilabale with them she is saying rape has happened 4 years ago....fake evidence they brought......only intention to deceive ...the boy not said not to marry he said only after getting job I will marry you but she wants marriage now only that's wise she kept case to marry and she defamate reputation of family...his personal life
