If the agreement is executed outside India and if it is brought in Mumbai, whether stamp duty is payable for such an agreement under the Bombay Stamp Act?

We have executed a charter contract in Mumbai as per the Bombay Stamp Act and we have later assigned the Charter Contract to a party in Dubai. The Assignment Agreement was executed in Dubai and now we intend to retain a copy of assignment agreement in Mumbai. If we brng the copy of the Assignment Agreement in Mumbai, whether stamp duty is payable under the Bombay Stamp Act?

In the first line after the words "Mumbai " the following words to be added "and has paid the relevant stamp duty".
