Bar council of india enrolment

I passed the Secondary Examination under the Government State Board in 2006 with 62%. Then, I passed the Higher Secondary Examination under the Government State Board in 2008 with 55%. After that, I completed my Bachelor's degree (39.80%) in a regular course from a Government University in 2012. Later, I obtained a Master's degree (52%) through distance education from a Government University.

Currently, I am a student in the fifth semester of the LL.B. program. Sir, after completing my law degree, will I be eligible for enrollment in the State Bar Council? Will there be any problems? Kindly help me.

Since you have been admitted to law degree course, you can get enrolled as an advocate on successful completion of your LLB axaminations.

Yes, once you complete the course, pass the exam and the University issues the LLB Degree Certificate, there need not be any problem in getting enrolled with the Bar Council.
