we had sale for 3.5lak
1.5 years ago to a debtor in very number of segments.
we have all invoices signatured by him.
New he neither refuse to pay the amount nor he is paying since 1.5 years.
now pls suggest me how can we recover the amount in the process of law or other way.
pls also mentioned about promisory note
but he will not signed on promisory note
After several reminder been sent the purchaser failed to settle the amount then send a legal notice to recover the dues and file a suit against them
