benami property purchase in the name of relative 40 yrs of p

We had purchased benami property some forty years back in the name of maternal relative as we were joint faimily at that time. The said relative eventually died by committing suicide and now after 40 years his widow is trying to evict us and filed a mutation application in the office of Circle Officer. We 3 faimilies are living in the said property for 40 years and have our business and everything there. We have all the original documents sale deed papers proof of payment correspondence from the seller and all with us as we were the actual purchaser and in posession of the property. All the relatives of the lady as well as the seller are aware of the fact and ready to support us.Please guide as to what course of action should be taken at this situation and what is the procedure to get the title in our name in this case.

Sir, She will have to file a suit for dispossession from this property ...... In the mean time you can oppose her registration from the property in her name .... Stating that he has taken loan from u guys while buying the property .... Oral loan ... Warm Regards Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450

Sir,How and where can we effectively oppose her registration from the property in her name. Can't we file a title suit for us before she does.Stating that he has taken loan from us won't weaken out case as the purchase amount was just 35000 whereas we were the actual buyer of the property and using it since then.
