My friend has been appointed as Distributor for distribution of Bharatgas LPG distributorship in open category for a vilage of Vizianagaram District by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The BPC ltd in their appointment letter asked him to attend their office with his spouse and she will have 50% partner. In this secnario my friend only is proprietor and he applied for distributorship but did not make any partnership deed, then how his will become 50% partner? Is the Corporation have power to give 50% partner in Proprietory concern?
